A 45-year-old female presented with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and was commenced on R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone) chemotherapy. 2-days after commencing her treatment, she noted her urine was bright red with associated suprapubic tenderness. Cystoscopy showed petechial haemorrhage of the bladder mucosa with hyperaemia and bladder clots.
