A 45-year-old woman from Zimbabwe presents with a dry cough of 5 months duration. She has also noticed an erythematous rash on her shins that she feels is relatively new. Her blood panel was normal other than a calcium of 2.72 mmol/L (normal range .2.2 – 2.6mmol/L)
