A 45-year-old woman reported weakness in her left arm following a camping holiday

A 45-year-old woman reported weakness in her left arm following a camping holiday. She reports that the pain started from her shoulder and rapidly progressed down to her forearm. On examination, she has wasting of brachioradialis, shoulder and bicep and winging of the left scapula.
