A 47-year-old woman presents with swellings on her face and lower legs. She describes them as itchy, uncomfortable swellings that appeared suddenly. A few weeks ago, she also had a mild red eye, but this resolved spontaneously. Her only travel history of note is that she temporarily relocated to Cameroon for 6 months. Almost 2 years ago. She is otherwise fit and well.

Eosinophils are raised on her full blood count, but there are no other results of note.
