A 52-year-old male presents with worsening abdominal pain following fatty food intake. USS of his abdomen shows multiple gallstones. In addition, an isolated pancreatic mass was found. He was also found to have steatorrhea that had been ongoing for the past six months. His blood glucose level was measured at  24mmol/L with a HbA1c of 75mmol/mol. This was normal one year prior.
