A 62-year-old man has been struggling with a burning, sharp pain in his right arm

A 62-year-old man has been struggling with a burning, sharp pain in his right arm and hand following treatment for metastatic cord compression. He is struggling to sleep because of the pain and finds wearing long sleeves uncomfortable. He has burnt his hand a couple of times when cooking but did not realise this. He has no other pains.
