A 63-year-old female presents to the acute medical unit with left-sided upper and lower limb weakness. She is right-handed. She denies any other symptoms at present. A CT scan was performed, and this showed a right MCA infarct predominantly involving her parietal lobe and frontal lobe. The other brain structures were unaffected.

Given her CT scan findings, what other symptoms could be associated with her stroke?
