A 70 year old man presents 2 days after returning from a family holiday to Abu Dhabi. He developed diarrhoea, myalgia and fever towards the end of his stay. He is coughing and confused. Whilst on holiday, his family stated they spent most of their time indoors. His RR is 24/min and SpO₂ 89% on air. A chest x-ray shows right basal consolidation.
