A contact lens wearer presents complaining of a 1-day history of left-sided red eye

A contact lens wearer presents complaining of a 1-day history of left-sided red eye, eyelid swelling, watering and sensitivity to light. She also has reduced vision in that side. She works as a cook, and hot oil splashed from a fryer onto her face during disposal. She immediately washed her face and irrigated her eyes. There were no significant symptoms in the aftermath. She wears her contact lenses occasionally but has none in currently. On examination, there is a large staining area on the left eye with significant periorbital oedema and conjunctival hypereamia. What is the most likely diagnosis?
