An 82-year-old man presents to your clinic. He is not sure why he is there and says there is nothing wrong with him. His wife tells you that the patient has not been his usual self for some time. She tells you that over the past 18 months he has become increasingly confused and agitated. He often comments on things he is seeing which are not actually there, and recently he has been experiencing vivid dreams which he acts out. More recently, in the last few months she has also noticed his walking has changed and he tends to shuffle his feet.
