Paramedics are called to see a 22-year-old male who had suddenly collapsed in the street whilst out with some friends. His friends say he has no past medical history and takes no regular medication other than occasionally smoking cannabis. The defibrillator shows he is in VF and ROSC is achieved after delivery of one shock. In ED, he has a further episode of witnessed VF arrest and responds again to DC cardioversion. His VBG shows a potassium level of 2.9 mmol/L and he is given fluids with potassium. His 12 lead ECG is shown below. How should he be managed?
