Researchers are attempting to establish if vitamin D levels are related to Alzheimer’s disease. A case-controlled study has been conducted with one group containing patients with confirmed Alzheimer’s disease and a case-controlled population without Alzheimer’s disease. Vitamin D levels in both groups were recorded.
