Richard is a 76-year-old gentleman referred to memory services due to concerns raised by his wife. He seemed to be more confused over the last 6 months. Of late, he is very distressed as he is seeing some wild buffaloes rampaging his room. He also has complained that he can talk to his dead relatives. At times, he becomes verbally aggressive with his wife, as he believes that she is planning to sell the property and send him to a care home. He was referred to the movement disorder clinic due to acting out during his sleep and kicking his partner.
