You are asked to see a 62 year old male in the emergency department with a new rash and facial swelling. On examination, the patient is pyrexial with a widespread pustular rash predominantly on his face, axillae and groin, though there is no mucosal involvement. On questioning, last week, his GP has stopped one of his blood pressure medications after it was causing a troublesome cough and had advised him to start diltiazem for which he has taken for the last 3 days. Blood results are all within normal limits. With regards to the rash, which of the following would you advise?
