  • Corrected QT interval (QTc) ≥ 480ms
  • LQTS score >3 (See modified long QT syndrome diagnostic score)
  • In the presence of cardiac arrest or syncope, a QTc ≥ 460 ms
  • Pathogenic genetic mutation irrespective of QT interval
