A 2-week-old male baby required resuscitation, after a period of vomiting, dehydration and lethargy. They were found to be hyponatremic and hyperkalaemic. There were no findings on examination. The patient is of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage and has a family history of precocious puberty and PCOS. What is the most likely diagnosis?
