A 23-year-old female who is 14/40 weeks pregnant is admitted to hospital with dysuria

A 23-year-old female who is 14/40 weeks pregnant is admitted to hospital with dysuria, fevers, loin pain and vomiting. Her observations show a respiratory rate of 24, heart rate of 112, blood pressure 104/67, temperature 38.6, SpO2 98% on air. She is diagnosed with pyelonephritis.
