A 25-year-old Swedish female is referred to the medical take from ED, where she has presented with painful leg lesions and fevers.
On examination, you note she is febrile at 37.9 degrees Celsius, and has a mild tachycardia of 110 bpm. She has multiple erythematous, tender lesions on the anterior aspect of her shins bilaterally. You also note she has multiple swollen and tender joints, most predominantly her ankles and some of the small joints of her hands. She has a departmental CXR, which you think shows bulky hilar regions bilaterally.
