A 27-year-old teacher reports a 4 month history of a mild, bilateral headache which comes

A 27-year-old teacher reports a 4 month history of a mild, bilateral headache which comes and goes throughout the day. Her friend passed away 6 months ago from cancer and she is worried that she may have a brain tumour. On further questioning, she reports no limb weakness, fevers or visual changes. The headache is not made worse by bending forwards or coughing and is never present in the mornings. She reports the headache does resolve with paracetamol, which she takes a few times a month, and it also improves when she spends time with her friends and family. A full neurological examination is normal. She has no past medical history and is otherwise well, however she has been feeling very stressed and anxious with the recent passing of her friend.
