A 28-year-old lady presents with bilaterally red and painful eyes. She has had painful mouth ulcers for several days now, which she has attributed to stress at work and poor sleep. Her past medical history includes asthma as a child, and she tells you that her father had ‘eye problems’ and had a pulmonary artery aneurysm at age 41. On examination at the slit lamp she is very sensitive to the light, and you note the presence of hypopyon bilaterally, with findings also in keeping with vitritis. Her calves are soft and non-tender but she has some red tender nodules on both shins. Which is the most likely diagnosis?
