A 31-year-old woman presents with weight loss over the last year. She reports loose stools

A 31-year-old woman presents with weight loss over the last year. She reports loose stools, feeling tired all the time and regular abdominal bloating. She has a history of T1DM which is well controlled. She has previously seen the GP who diagnosed IBS. She does not have a history of bloody diarrhoea. Inflammatory markers are normal. She was referred by her GP to the AMU due to an iron deficiency anaemia. She has attempted to exclude various foods from her diet and finds excluding gluten does relieve symptoms somewhat. Her immunoglobulin A-tissue transglutaminase (IgA-tTG) is within normal range. What is the most appropriate next investigation?
