A 32-year-old male presenting with a history of nasal swelling, redness and recurrent pus exuding

A 32-year-old male presenting with a history of nasal swelling, redness and recurrent pus exuding from his nose. Each time this happens he is given flucloxacillin and he improves, however the problem recurs after 3-4 months. He has a habit of picking his nose quite often. Culture from his nose discharge shows Staph aureus. Due to multiple episodes in the last 3 years, it has been decided that he should be decolonised from staphylococcus aureus nasal carriage. What treatment would be recommended for this purpose?
