A 33 years old female attended A&E with recurrent syncope.

A 33 years old female attended A&E with recurrent syncope. These are short episodes, less than 1 minute and not associated with any prodrome. Her heart sounds were normal. Triage notes revealed HR- 75/min, BP-100/60 mmHg, SpO2- 98% in room air. Her ECG is shown below.
