A 39-year-old male presented with pulmonary haemorrhage and an acute kidney injury

A 39-year-old male presented with pulmonary haemorrhage and an acute kidney injury secondary to anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-positive vasculitis.  She required treatment with immunosuppression and dialysis but due to failure to improve was plasma exchanged.  A number of weeks later, her renal function had recovered enough to cease dialysis and the vasculitis was no longer clinically active.
