A 46-year-old female presents to the breast clinic with a lump in her right breast. Upon questioning, she describes the lump as having grown rapidly over the last few weeks. She has also noticed some smaller lumps in her right axilla. She denies any breast pain, skin changes or nipple discharge. Clinical examination reveals a smooth, mobile, painless mass that is approximately 6cm in size. You suspect that the patient has a Phyllodes tumour. What would be the most appropriate investigation in order to confirm your suspicions?
