A 58-year-old man is seen in the Parkinson’s clinic. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease 1 year ago. He has been treated with Levodopa/Carbidopa. The dose of this has been gradually up-titrated over the year. He has had some benefit, however he complains that he is still struggling with his activities of daily living. He has started using a stick to mobilise due to recurrent falls. On examination, he has a symmetrical tremor and is unstable on his feet. What is the most appropriate next step in his treatment?
