A 64-year-old lady presents with bilateral red eyes for the last 3 days. She has had a dry cough for the last 6 months and feels that she is getting more short of breath on exertion, which is significant if she climbs a flight of stairs. She has no recent weight loss and no history of night sweats but feels like she is generally more tired than usual despite sleeping well. On examination, you note that both of her eyes are red and you can identify ‘mutton fat’ keratic precipitates. She has no peripheral oedema.
