A 74-year-old man with Parkinson’s has been treated for a urinary tract infection. His Parkinson’s is well controlled

A 74-year-old man with Parkinson’s has been treated for a urinary tract infection. His Parkinson’s is well controlled on Levodopa/Carbidopa 100 mg/10mg and he is keen to continue on this. Prior to discharge however, he complained of dizziness on standing. He has previously complained to his GP regarding this and was advised to increase his fluid intake. Lying and standing blood pressures showed a systolic fall of 40mmHg. His other medications include paracetamol, Simvastatin, Metformin and Aspirin. What is the most appropriate first line treatment?
