A 78-year-old woman presents with speech disturbance. Her family reports that she was playing golf when she appeared to become confused in her speech. She has a background of atrial fibrillation and hypertension. On examination, she is alert. When she speaks, she is hesitant and effortful and the words do not make sense. She is able to follow simple commands but struggles to repeat phrases you ask her to say. Other neurological examination is normal. Where would the lesion likely be to account for the speech difficulties?
