A patient presents with jaundice and malaise to the emergency department.

A patient presents with jaundice and malaise to the emergency department. Whilst on holiday in Croatia she was commenced on an antibiotic to treat a lower respiratory tract infection, but she cannot recall which antibiotic it was. Her liver function tests are as follows:

Alanine transferase (ALT): 58 iu/L (3-40 iu/L)

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP): 382 iu/L (30-100 iu/L)

Aspartate transaminase (AST): 189 iu/L (3-30 iu/L)

Gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT): 240 iu/L (10-60 u/L)

Bilirubin: 87 umol/L (3-20 umol/L)

How can her drug-induced liver injury be classified based on the above tests?
