Chest X-ray shows right basal consolidation.

Observations are HR 99 bpm, BP 112/55 mmHg, SaO2 90% on 3L O2, RR 25/minute, T 37.8℃.

An ABG on 3L shows the following: pH 7.35, pO2 9.1, pCO2 6.5, bicarbonate 29.
