An 82-year-old male patient presents to clinic, and on examination, you identify the below lesion on their right cheek. This has been in situ for approximately two years, but the patient reports that one patch of this lesion has become noticeably darker in recent years, particularly in sunlight. Dermoscopy shows atypical globules, annular pigmentation, and rhomboidal structures.
