An 83-year-old Lady is brought to your clinic. She has moderate Alzheimer’s dementia. Her memory and language continue to deteriorate, and she is becoming increasingly dependent upon her family to carry out her activities of daily living. She is not aggressive or agitated. She is currently taking Donepezil 10 mg ON, as well as amlodipine 5mg OD, Atorvastatin 10 mg ON and Omeprazole 20 mg OD. What would be the next appropriate management step?
