On her routine outpatient Cardiology follow-up, it was noted that she was recently experiencing palpitations. Her ECG and blood tests on the day of clinic review were unremarkable. She recently had a 48-hour Holter monitor which was reassuring. A 7-day Holter monitor showed a period of intermittent sinus tachycardia with a period of sinus pause >3 seconds.
