You are reviewing a 77-year-old lady in A&E who has presented with a continuously bleeding wound after she accidentally cut herself whilst cooking. On further questioning she reports that she has been feeling fatigued, experiencing unintentional weight loss and intermittent sweats for the last year. She reports her fatigue has become significantly worse recently. On examination you find a mass in the left upper quadrant.
