A 25-year-old man is seen in A+E. He has a fluctuating capacity. When asked about his mood, he says, ‘I should start by telling you about how I failed my exam last week; that was annoying. After I got my result, I had to wait a long time to meet my tutor to discuss the exam. The tutor was nice, and we talked about lots of things. I hope I get a good mark on the next exam; I really need it for my career, and I have a new project upcoming. I would say I feel okay at the moment.’ He then continues to talk about work.
