A 19-year-old woman has been undergoing investigation for recurrent seizures

A 19-year-old woman has been undergoing investigation for recurrent seizures. For the past month, she has been having two or three episodes a week in which she collapses to the ground, and is observed to be “shaking all over”with her arms making rhythmic movements. During these episodes, she loses consciousness, bites her tongue, and once resolved feels very confused and anxious. They last for around 2 minutes in total.
