A 21-year-old woman comes into the maternity clinic complaining of itching which is getting worse. She does not like the way her abdomen looks and has struggled to sleep over the past few weeks. She is 25 weeks into her pregnancy and is G2P2. She has a history of eczema which was managed well as a child. The appearance of the patches of eruption are reddish brown in colour with small raised areas. There are some areas which have become lichenified and began to thicken and crack leading to leakage of serous fluid.
