A 22-year-old male presents to his GP as he has concerns about his fertility

A 22-year-old male presents to his GP as he has concerns about his fertility. He has been trying to conceive with his wife for the past year without any success. When asked about his past medical history, he informs you he has no significant history, although he notes that he went through puberty at a very early age. He is unaware of any family history as he was adopted shortly after birth, and not much is known about his biological parents. On examination, he is of very short stature, he suffers from acne on his face and upper back, and he has areas of hyperpigmented skin.
