A 27-year-old woman attends Accident and Emergency (A&E) after noticing multiple blisters on the inside of her mouth recently

A 27-year-old woman attends Accident and Emergency (A&E) after noticing multiple blisters on the inside of her mouth recently after starting a new course of antibiotics prescribed by her GP for a urinary tract infection (UTI). She complains of feeling generally very unwell, having a sore throat and difficulty swallowing for the past two days. On examination you notice a temperature of 39.1˚C and conjunctival injection bilaterally along with widespread target shaped lesions on her trunk. You immediately order a series of blood tests and start conservative management in A&E. You also advise her to stop taking the antibiotics prescribed by the GP for the UTI.
