A 28-year-old man was diagnosed with a spermatocele 8 months ago

A 28-year-old man was diagnosed with a spermatocele 8 months ago. Since his diagnosis, the spermatocele has greatly increased in size, and it is now causing him pain and discomfort that is not managed by analgesia, as well as emotional distress over its appearance. He goes to see his GP to discuss treatment. He currently has one child and would like more in the future.
