A 30-year-old man with a past medical history of left-sided testicular cancer performs his monthly testicular self-examination

A 30-year-old man with a past medical history of left-sided testicular cancer performs his monthly testicular self-examination on his remaining right testis. He discovers a small mass on his testicle and so makes an appointment to see his GP. On examination, the scrotum appears normal, but a small, smooth and soft mass is palpable at the epididymal head that transilluminates. The GP is fairly certain this is a benign spermatocele, however, given the history she refers the patient for further investigation.

What finding on the Ultrasound would you expect for a spermatocele?
