A 35-year old man presents with a history of multiple painful mouth ulcers
A 35-year old man presents with a history of multiple painful mouth ulcers. He describes a one-year history of recurrent sores affecting the inside of his cheeks and underside of his lips. The individual sores generally resolve within two weeks, but inevitably recur. He emigrated from Turkey to the UK three years ago and his family still live in Turkey. On review of systems he also complains of a painful rash on his shins and on examination you note multiple purple-red nodules affecting both legs.
