A 42-year-old male is seen in A&E following a road traffic collision in which he was knocked off his motorbike. Although he was wearing a helmet, he states that he hit his head hard. He thinks he lost consciousness for a few minutes, but he cannot recall the events immediately prior to the accident and has been sick once.
