A 42-year-old woman presents with multiple irregularly sized lumps on her neck and diarrhoea over the last 3 months. She also had some aches in her joints and reports needing to go pass urine more frequently. She had bilateral phaeochromocytoma resected 6 months ago. Her thyroid function test (TFT) was normal; however, further testing revealed a raised calcitonin and raised calcium.
