A 45-year-old woman presents to A&E with severe RUQ pain. She describes a 6-month history of increasing fatigue and pruritus, with the RUQ pain starting during the previous week. Her medical history includes ulcerative colitis and eczema. You send off some bloods which come back to show an isolated raised ALP.
