A 50-year-old male presented 8 weeks earlier with symptoms suggestive of GORD

A 50-year-old male presents with proven GORD. He was started on 20mg of omeprazole PO OD for an 8-week trial and has returned today stating that his symptoms have slightly improved but that they are still occurring particularly at night.
