A 63-year-old male presents to ENT clinic with right-sided episodic aural fullness, tinnitus, sensorineural hearing loss and vertigo irrespective of head positions/movements. All symptoms started 9 months ago and were not preceded by any viral illness. Physical examinations revealed severe sensorineural hearing loss on the right side and nystagmus towards the right. Conservative management with lifestyle changes and symptomatic relief have been trialled but does not provide further relief.
