A 65-year-old female presents with a 6-month history of abdominal pain

A 65-year-old female presents with a 6-month history of abdominal pain. These pains are generalised, vague, intermittent and have no apparent triggers. She describes occasional constipation as well as abdominal bloating. More recently, she also noticed some back pain. She is otherwise fit and well.
