A 65-year-old male is being worked up for renal transitional cell carcinoma

A 65-year-old male is being worked up for renal transitional cell carcinoma. Ureteroscopy is performed, and a biopsy is taken. The histology report states that a sessile nodule is found invading the lamina propria but not the muscularis mucosa. There is metastasis to a single lymph node measuring 3cm in diameter and no distant metastasis.
